By signing up to one of Sara-Jayne's sessions I understand and agree that:
I am responsible for my own emotional, physical and mental health. Sara-Jayne is not a medical professional and none of her offerings claim to cure any physical conditions. You should always consult with your own medical professional team(s) on matters that need addressing. I understand that if I have any legal issues that a professional in this field should be consulted. I understand that from time to time hands on treatment may be required and I consent to hands on treatment. Any guidance and advice offered by Sara-Jayne is given in good faith but what you decide to do with the information is up to you. You have free will over your life and your own actions. I agree that under no circumstance shall Sara-Jayne have any liability to myself, my heirs, or any other person or entity connected to me, and I hereby release and indemnify Sara-Jayne for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Website, or reliance on any information provided on the Website, on any Social Media Platforms and any guidance received in any of Sara-Jaynes offerings. Your use of the Website and your reliance on any information on the Website, any Social Media platforms and any guidance received in any of Sara-Jaynes offerings are solely at my own risk. In the unlikely event of any legal issues arising, Sara-Jayne will be bound by the guidelines and rules of the of Irish Laws. I also must agree that Irish Laws will prevail in any dispute, no matter what country the service is delivered to.
Cancellation/
Refunds
Cancelation of an appointment with Sara-Jayne must be done at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours will result in no refund given. No shows to an appointment will also be charged.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling of an appointment must be done up to 24 hours before otherwise you will be charged.

I understand that the material published on this website and social media accounts is the property of Sara-Jayne and permission must be sought in writing before any duplication, reproducing, copying/pasting, sharing of this material can take place.

I understand that Sara-Jayne will retain information in line with Data Protection Legislation. Sara-Jayne only collects personal information that is deemed necessary to her services.
